- GST, nutrition breaks and lunch on Saturday, and nutrition break on Sunday are included in the registration fee.
- T-shirts/Hoodies pre-orders are recommended, very limited quantities will be available at the conference. Pre-orders available until April 5, 2019.
- A certificate of attendance will be included with your conference package.
- Refund Policy - Unfortunately, no refunds will be offered.
- Parking - Pay parking is available in the public parking lot at South Health Campus and there is some free parking on the street.
- The CSOT Alberta Chapter 2019 Western Symposium is open to all.
- Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Registration deadline April 26, 2019.
- Pre-registration is required.
